Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Colorfable app for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The app is offered through Apple’s App Store and is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

For parents

Colorfable is made for children ages 5–10, but the account holder is you, the parent or guardian. Purchases, sharing, printing, exporting, and all cloud features sit behind a parental gate and are intended to be operated by an adult. You are responsible for the photos you add to the Colorfable Album and for granting or revoking consent for cloud features.

Subscriptions

• Colorfable Premium is available as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Premium unlocks the full template library and includes a monthly allowance of magic pictures.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

One-time purchases

Packs of magic pictures are consumable one-time purchases. Credits are tied to your device and have no cash value; they are consumed when a cloud conversion or generation completes. Unused credits do not expire.

Cloud features

Magic photo conversion and Imagine page generation send data to our server only with recorded parental consent, as described in our Privacy Policy. Photos are stripped of location metadata before upload and are never stored. Cloud features require an internet connection and may occasionally be unavailable; an unavailable conversion never consumes a credit.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not attempt to use the cloud service to generate content unrelated to coloring pages, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Your creations

Pages your child colors belong to your family. We claim no ownership of your photos or of the coloring pages made from them.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the past twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
